Erik builds ministries and teams focused on leading people toward their purpose in Christ. He loves to help NextGen-focused organizations develop vision, discover process and create effective methods. He earned his Master of Divinity (MDIVBL) degree from Southwestern Theological Seminary and Journalism degree from Troy University. He is the founder of GraceWounds, a pastoral/biblical mentoring group and a part of the team at Legend Labs. 

Erik loves the Miami Hurricanes, jeans, flip-flops, working with young leaders, and living with his family in south Florida.
